Peach Chicken Recipe

7:44 PM

Most of the time I don't feel super adventurous in the kitchen, but there are a few times when I take what we have a try making something! A while ago we had a peach that was going to go bad, and I needed to use it in our dinner. I whipped something up, and Randy and I love it! So here's my recipe for Peach Chicken.

Peach Chicken
Serves two people
Ingredients:
1 peach
2 chicken breasts or 4 chicken tenderloins
1 Tbs - 2 Tbs of brown sugar
1/2 tablespoon of soy
Creole seasoning to taste

Directions:
Slice the peach and put it in a bowl with brown sugar. Mix it around so the brown sugar and peach juice form a sort of glaze. Cut chicken (if desired) and cover with creole seasoning, to the spiciness you prefer. Cook in frying pan over medium heat until brown. Then add soy sauce and continue cooking. When chicken is almost completely cooked through, add peaches. Cook until chicken is done, and peaches are hot and cooking.
